Home Visit by Nurse Manager

Contact us via phone call or email requesting for Home Nurse Manager

Step 2

Home Nurse Manager will visit and

Design a Plan based on your care recipient's needs
 

Step 3

Once the plan is discussed with you, you can decide if you would like to engage the nurse manager
 

How it works:

  1. A CareAngel will visit you and your family on an appointed day 
     

  2. She will assess your care recipient's situtation and draft out a plan according to your choice
     

  3. Once the plan is discussed and agreed upon, you may make payment for the first 3 months of service to start receiving care

Services includes:

  1. Monthly nursing consumables inventory checked and stocked up.

  2. Round the clock phone consultation service

  3. Regular home visits & health check

  4. Updated report to your Doctor-in-charge

  5. Procedural nursing (separate charges may apply)

  6. Home set up with hospital facilities
